This is clearly a company who puts the best interest of their clients as top priority. They provided companies who could help with me the next step on the spot to do that. I obtained the very detailed and professional estimate including an email explaining it within hours of him arriving for the free estimate. The client follow up afterwards is second to none. Robin HurleyJulio of Just Do It Restorations was pleasant to work with. He and his team delivered well on their commitment to remediate a very small nontoxic mold spot on our master bedroom ceiling. We were amazed of all that went into the process. The entire time, they kept the “mess” to a minimum and encased. Additionally we were thankful that Julio found the pipe that was leaking in the attic that caused the mold to form in the first place. This was after 3 roofers that inspected it did not find it. Julio did a great job of educating us on the need to fix the leak quickly, which helped when we called our plumber. This resulted in my basement flooding. I left a message with Just Do It Restorations, and the owner, Julio, responded promptly. Even though we didn't connect until late afternoon, Julio was there to start the restoration work that very same night—on a Friday, no less! Throughout the entire engagement, both he and his crew were extremely courteous and professional, taking great care to limit the impact and disruption of the restoration work. Julio was very generous in answering all the questions I had and provided excellent guidance when he knew it would be of value. He had all the necessary equipment and expertise to do the job with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Just Do It Restorations and would not hesitate to use Julio and his team again.
